Double Homicide
Sheriff Danny Hickman reports that an apparent double homicide took place Wednesday evening in the northern part of Boone County at Omaha.
Two people were killed at a residence and one person has been taken into custody for questioning. Sheriff Hickman is not releasing any information about the identities of the victims nor the person being questioned at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
Investigators are continuing their inquiry into the matter Thursday morning. Hickman says that a further media release will be sent out as more details are revealed by the investigation.

OMAHA, Ark. — Authorities in Boone County said two people have been killed and one is being questioned in what's being called a double homicide.
Sheriff Danny Hickman released a statement saying the two were killed Wednesday night at a home in the Omaha area in northern Boone County in northwestern Arkansas.
Hickman declined to release the names and ages of the victims or the person being questioned or how the two were killed. When contacted by phone Hickman said only that the investigation is ongoing.
