HOPE — Students at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope will be able to earn a bachelor of professional studies degree from Arkansas Tech University at Russellville through online courses through an arrangement signed by both campuses last week.
The classes will be taught by Arkansas Tech faculty. Arkansas Tech will handle the program’s administration, management and operation,said Arkansas Tech President Robert C. Brown and UA Hope community college Chancellor Chris Thomason in a news release.
The agreement between Arkansas Tech and the UA Hope community college is similar to recent agreements that Arkansas Tech has signed with Cossatot Community College of the University of Arkansas in De Queen and Mid-South Community College in West Memphis.
