Ricky Bryan Evans, 42, of 405 Shores Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation and unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime. Evans was being held in the Benton County Jail Wednesday with no bond set.
