In response, the Metroplan Transit Policy Board, which oversees CAT, asked governments in Little Rock, North Little Rock and Pulaski County to make additional emergency appropriations. Under a long-standing formula, Little Rock will be asked to cough up 50 percent of the additional funds, while North Little Rock and Pulaski County will be asked to contribute 25 percent each.
