Blues challenge set for Oct. 22

The Ozark Blues Society is looking for musicians to compete in the 2010 International Blues Challenge.

The group will host an Ozark Blues Society Blues Challenge at 9 p.m. Oct. 22 at George's Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville to decide who will compete in the International Challenge in Memphis next year.

Bands, solo acts and duos who perform blues music are invited to enter the local contest. The deadline for entering is Oct. 1.
