POTTSVILLE — POTTSVILLE - Pottsville's 33-7 victory Friday night ended West Fork's 4-4A Conference winning streak at seven games.
West Fork (3-1, 0-1), defending conferencechampions, suffered four turnovers in the conference opener and trailed 19-0 at halftime. Senior tailback Garrett Eakins got the Tigers on the board in the third quarter with an 80-yard touchdown run.
