To the Arkansas Geographic Information Systems Board for terms expiring Aug. 1, 2013: Dr. Jackson Cothren, Fayetteville, replacing Dr. Fred Limp; Dr. Robert Kissell, Monticello, reappointed; Dr. Margaret Mc-Millan, Little Rock, replacing Phyllis Poche.
