Governor's appointments

Gov. Mike Beebe announced 24 appointments Thursday: To the Home Health Care Service Agency Advisory Council for terms expiring June 30, 2012: Susan Carter, Jonesboro, reappointed ; Vicki Pennington, Bald Knob, replacing Karon Beavers.
