Youth Run T-shirt-design contest under way
Posted: September 24, 2009 at 6:15 a.m.
Children in kindergarten through the eighth grade can submit a creative and original design that will be used on the front of all T-shirts to be distributed to participants in the 12th annual Kendrick Fincher Youth Run and 5K Run/ Walk on May 15, 2010, in Rogers. Judging will be based on how the design creatively incorporates the Kendrick Fincher Hydration Foundation's mission to prevent heat illness (for example: themes related to proper hydration, exercising, keeping cool). Previous winning entries can be viewed on the Web site www.kendrickfincher.org. All entries will become the property of the Kendrick Fincher Foundation and will not be returned.
