The Community Supper, “Feast of Grace,” at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Bentonville is on hiatus Dec. 30 but will resume Jan 6. A free will offering of $3 is appreciated.

The food pantry is open from 2 to 3:30 p.m. each Wednesday, including this week.

Hickory Grove Church near Clifty will host an evening of gospel singing at 7 p.m. Thursday. The church is located on Lynch Hollow Road.

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a communion service at 7 p.m. Thursday. Information: 636-1135, www.holytrin.org.

Bella Vista Lutheran Church will host a New Year’s Eve service at 7 p.m. Thursday. A class on making stamped cards is slated from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 6. Supplies will be provided. People can come at any time and stay as long as they wish.

Trisha and Terry Ayers will lead the three worship services at Bella Vista Christian Church on Sunday. Hours are 8 a.m. for the traditional service and 9:15 and 11 a.m. for contemporary services. Information: 855-1616, www.bellavistachristian.com.

Sunday services at the United Lutheran Church of Bella Vista are broadcast at 1 p.m. each Sunday on Bella Vista television station 16. Live services are at 8:15 and 10:30 a.m., with Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. The Rev. Richard Solberg serves as interim pastor.

The Rev. Laura Fleetwood has joined the staff at the Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista as a part-time associate pastor. She will deliver the sermon at 10 a.m. Jan. 3. Elders and deacons will be ordained and installed during the service.

Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville will begin a new session of DivorceCare on Jan. 6.

Community members are invited to join the group and find ways to heal from separation and/or divorce.

The class is a part of Central’s weekly Wednesday Night Live Program and meets from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in room 208 of the Education Building. Child care is provided for children 5 years of age and under.

DivorceCare for Kids (ages 5 to 12) meets at the same time in room 106 of the Education Building. There is no charge for either class. Information: 442-4237, divorcecare@centraltolife.

The 2010 Goddess Festival: The Journey Continues will be held on the main floor of the East Plaza Building on the Fayetteville square during the month of March.

Deadline for art entry is Jan. 16.

Sarah Totten will present the Women On Mission Bible study at Bella Vista Baptist Church at 9 a.m. Jan. 6. The missions program will begin at 10:30 a.m.

with special guests Cliff and Krista McAtee, International Mission Board missionaries.
