Sheriff’s Office

Amanda L. Deatherage, 34, of Boyles Road in Gentry was arrested Monday in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation. Deatherage was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Dana Marie McWhirt, 25, of 1308 S.E. “C” St. in Bentonville, was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. McWhirt was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Charles Ray Parmley, 65, of 10141 Boyles Road in Gentry was arrested Sunday in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Parmley was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Frank Ray Parmley, 54, of 1014 Boyles Road in Gentry was arrested Monday in connection with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation. Parmley was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Cory Wade Duncan, 21, of 14272 Missouri CC in Neosho, Mo., was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Duncan was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Christopher Joseph Fair, 30, of 12200 Hickory Drive in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation. Fair was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

Robert Shawn Spence, 29, of 1508 Linwood Circle was arrested Monday in connection with parole violation and misdemeanor contempt. Spence was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $769 bond on the contempt count and no bond set for the parole violation.

Fayetteville

Robbie McDowell, 32, of 14690 Appaloosa Road was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary and breaking or entering. He remained jailed Monday without a bond set.

Buddy Wade, 45, of 189 Water St. in Elm Springs was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary and breaking or entering. He remained jailed Monday without a bond set.

Lowell

Trevor Thomas Gray, 19, of Samantha Street in Johnson was arrested Monday in connection with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia in the course or furtherance of a felony drug violation, two counts of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and three counts of misdemeanor carrying a weapon. Gray was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Zachariah Conner, 23, of 1042D Palisades Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with third-degree domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Circuit Court

Washington County

Debra Jane Middleton, 52, pleaded guilty to conspiring to make methamphetamine. Middleton was sentenced to 10 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with seven years suspended. She was given credit for 111 days jail time served.

Christopher Michael Stryker, 21, pleaded guilty to violating terms of probation on a breaking or entering conviction. Stryker was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with five years suspended. He was given credit for 137 days jail time served.

Kenneth Paddock, 33, pleaded guilty to violating terms of probation for a possession of methamphetamine conviction. Paddock was sentenced to 10 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with eight years suspended.

Robert Dan Wilson, 48, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault. He was sentenced to one year probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to complete anger management counseling.

Obadiah Marta, 23, pleaded guilty to theft by receiving. Marta was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,000. He was given credit for 11 days jail time served.

Jordan Clanton, 18, pleaded guilty to four counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Clanton was sentenced to 20 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with 10 years suspended.

Phillip Mills, 41, pleaded guilty to being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm. Mills was sentenced to 20 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with 15 years suspended.

Michael Phelan, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Phelan was sentenced to 10 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with five years suspended.

Manuel Garcia-Leal, 20, pleaded guilty to theft of property and being an accomplice to breaking or entering. Garcia-Leal was sentenced to three years probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $400 victim restitution.

Fire

Rogers

Firefighters responded to a small building fire at midday Friday at Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. According to a fire department report, the fire was caused by an electrical motor, was contained by an activated sprinkler system and extinguished by employees with a fire extinguisher before the arrival of firefighters. Rogers firefighters assisted with smoke removal and assured the fire was extinguished. Damages were minimal.

Bentonville

Kathy Gilum, 1301 E. Central Ave., reported Monday someone had broken into her vehicle at Garland Square and taken a portable CD player, MP3 player and medication.

Terry Dinsmore, 12742 Galyean Road, reported Sunday that a storage unit at A-1 Storage was broken into twice within 48 hours.

Roberta Seals, 912 Convair St., reported Sunday the theft of a coin collection of quarters that she had been collecting for 10 years.

Michael Almaraz, 2221 S. 17th Place, reported Friday his Social Security number is being used by someone in Shelbyville, Ky.

Ben Bacon, 1701 S. 46th St., reported Friday someone stole $200 in cash and an Arvest Bank card when his wallet fell out of his truck at Home Depot.

Joshua Hocutt, 2101 S. Eighth St., reported Friday that someone stole his truck from Kyle’s Club.

Peggy Jansma, 1511 W. Magnolia St., reported Saturday someone shot two doors in her residence.
