Shelly Jeanette Townsend

Shelly Jeanette Townsend, 46, of Decatur passed away January 7, 2022. She was born June 13, 1975, in Fayetteville, the daughter of Calvin and Ruth Woodcock Townsend. Shelly retired from Walmart in the Printing and Mailing Department. She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. She is survived by three sisters: Ellen Townsend, Joanne Cummings, and Cheryl Wright and husband Wilbur; nieces, Rachael Linville and husband Cody, Melody Valdez and husband Mario; two nephews: Danny Anderson and Calvin Cummings; great-niece, Eden; and great-nephew, Ivan; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Visitation: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, January 11, 2022, with services at 5 p.m. at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers.
