Joyce Hutchinson, 74, of Rogers, died February 3, 2022. Born July 10, 1947. Preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Mae Cotton Stover; husband, Joe. Survivors: her children, Laura Cogdill and Gina Bray; sister, Alice Kaiser; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
