After realizing his love of hunting would be impacted with the basketball schedule, Grant prioritized and excelled at Fort Lewis in Football. Grant began his professional career following the path of his father (with love for sporting goods and the outdoors); He started his career at Cabela's. Grant finished his career running the family business, Steve Chastain Company and Chastain Farms with his brother, Hunter Chastain. Grant loved the outdoors and sports, but most of all hunting. We have years of memories including hunting and fishing trips all around the country with his father and brother. He also enjoyed working cattle and hunting on his college friends Vicente Ranch, alongside Joe Vicente and Tim Melton. With his most frequent memories being with friends and having "deer camp" and "turkey camp" on the Dible Farm. Grant still had the best of the best group of friends from childhood here in Rogers. Angela Luzzo, longtime friend, and Gunner, his silver lab, were his best companions in recent times. He loved his niece Harper and nephew Lake as his own.
