Andrea Couch

Andrea Couch, age 77, of Tontitown, died Tuesday, May 25th, 2021. Andrea was born December 16, 1943, in Decatur, Illinois, to Lester and Jesse Mae Cooksey. Andrea is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Danny Lee Cooksey. Andrea is survived by her husband of 59 years, Donald Couch; three sons, Farrel Couch and wife, Tamara, of Hindsville; Howard Couch and wife, Deborah, of Ft. Smith, and Tobin Couch of Tontitown; a brother, John Cooksey and wife, Heather, of West Fork; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held at Mt.
