She is greeted in heaven by her maternal great-grandparents, Ralph and Patricia Wooldridge; maternal great-grandmother, Rosemary Pinnell and paternal great-grandparents, Monty and Collen Montgomery; Jimmy and Frances Jewell Head. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Mathew (Morgan) Montgomery, Dylan Montgomery, and Dominic Montgomery; sister, Taylor Montgomery; maternal grandparents, Carl and Penne Wooldridge of Mountain Home; paternal grandparents, Monty and Raye Montgomery of Van Buren; Bill and Jeanette Hammond of Hackett; uncle Robert (Kristen) Wooldridge; aunts, Stacey (Mark) Strozier, Nikki (Phillip) Fears, Katie (Destry) Williams and Maddie Montgomery. Dale and Cassie would like to thank Dr. Bearden, as well as the nurses at Northwest, for their compassion and support.
