Dorothea M. (Dittrich) Newman

Dorothea M. (Dittrich)Newman, fondly called Dot, 75, of Bella Vista, Ark. formerly of Magnolia, Ark. and Texarkana, Texas, died from complications of a brief illness on January 5, 2020, at The Denver Hospice, Denver, Colo. Born February 17, 1944, in Kansas City, Mo., she is predeceased by her parents, Theodore Ted and Dorothea (Brown) Dittrich of Sioux City, Iowa, and her late husband and soulmate, Wayne Newman of Fair Grove, Mo. Left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Rochelle (Carmichael) Paulet of Aurora, Colo., Shannon (Carmichael) Sakioka of Denton, Texas, and her "adopted son" Darryl Miller of Hooks, Texas; her brother, Vincent Dittrich of Kansas City, Mo., and sisters, Mary (Dittrich) Hunter of Red Oak, Texas, Chris (Dittrich) Bugge of San Diego, Calif., and Marty (Dittrich) Reich of McCook Lake, S.D.; grandsons, Jonathan Sax of Littleton, Colo., and Steven Paulet II of Madison, Wis.; Dakota Roden of San Diego, Calif., and Kincaid Roden of Denton, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews, as well as her pets, Cool Hand Luke, Fast Eddie, and Gallagher (cats). A memorial service will be held in Bella Vista, Ark.
