Jason Otto "Waldo" Bielawski

Jason Otto "Waldo" Bielawski of Rogers passed away April 14, 2019 in Bentonville. He was born July 11, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois the son of John and Donna Cerny Bielawski. Waldo was a member of New Hope Assembly of God Church. He loved playing with his daughters, fishing, camping, being outdoors playing basketball and being with his friends and family. Preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Stephanie Bielawski, Otto and Rose Cerny and uncle Otto Cerny. He is survived by his wife, Crystal Drake Bielawski; two daughters, Arianna Rose and Lily Anmarie; his parents; his siblings, Johnny Bielawski, Jenny Bielawski and Julie Campbell, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Friday at New Hope Assembly of God, Rogers.
