Fay Louise Meadors

Fay Louise Meadors, 68, of Bentonville, Ark., passed away Sept. 27, 2018 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born Dec. 13, 1949 in Bentonville to Tilmon E. Tolbert (Happy) and Juanita Coppinger Tolbert. Fay worked for Tyson Foods. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 52 years, Johnny Meadors; and sister, Janet Walker. She is survived by her sons, Johnny Meadors of Rightsville and Charles Meadors of Bentonville; one daughter, Vicki Williams of Bentonville; brother, Alvin Tolbert of Little Flock; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, 2018 at the Refuge Church in Rogers. Memorial contributions can be sent to Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Ark.
