Margaret Thompson

Margaret Thompson, age 82, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, September 16, 2018 in Fayetteville. She was born March 26, 1936 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Kenner and Frances Ellen Ferguson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Flem Thompson; a son, Ronald Wayne Thompson Sr. and a daughter-in-law, Carrie Thompson. She was a retired employee of the Campbell Soup Company and was of the Pentecostal faith. She is survived by a daughter, Frances Breedlove and her husband Phil of Topeka, Kansas; four sons, George Thompson of Fayetteville, Jacob Thompson and his wife Velma of Fayetteville, Raymond Thompson and his wife Lisa of Fayetteville and Samual Thompson and his wife Tabitha of Fayetteville; a brother, Donald Ferguson of Kansas; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10 a.m. – 11 .a.m, Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Moore's Chapel followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Mount Comfort Cemetery.
