Juanita Ellenbarger

Juanita Ellenbarger, 90, of Springdale, died Tuesday, September 11, 2018. She was born September 27, 1927 in Springdale to Eddie and Berta Thomas Bowen. Juanita taught ceramic classes and enjoyed fishing in her younger years, dancing and cooking. She especially enjoyed baking pies and loved to hear people brag on how good they were. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, in 1992; a grandson, Eddie Parsons; and two brothers, Maurice and Edward Bowen. Juanita is survived by two daughters, Gayle Parsons and husband Ralph, and Ronda Phillips and husband Scott, all of Springdale; a sister, Geneva Ingram of Yakima, Washington; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, September 14, at Sonora Cemetery. Arrangements are with Heritage Funeral Home, online obituary and guestbook at www.heritageofnwa.com.
