Ronald "Ron" E. Dixon

Ronald "Ron" E. Dixon, passed away on October 16, 2018 in Rogers. He was born on September 28, 1944 in Leesville, Louisiana to the late Wade and Lucille (Horton) Dixon. He was the loving husband of Donna (Heinsz) Dixon for 38 years on October 24th. He was a wonderful father, husband and friend. Ron enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. He was a private pilot and business man of varied careers, including past president of Drake Aviation. Ron was preceded in death by his parents; son, John Dixon; and brother, Jerry Graham. He is survived by his wife of Rogers; daughter, Rebecca Dixon-Meneses of Iowa; brother, Hiram Dixon of Texas; sister, Ellen Krepper of North Carolina; and new grandbaby, Alegra Meneses. A visitation will be at the Rollins Funeral Home on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 4 until 6 p.m. Funeral services and burial will be in Leesville, Louisiana later in the week.
