Ellis Thurman Bridges

Ellis Thurman Bridges, 71, of Rogers passed away surrounded by his family November 15, 2018. He was born January 21, 1947 in Koshkonong, Missouri the son of Jesse Bridges Jr. and Velma Johnson Bridges and her husband Phil Holzkamper. Ellis graduated in 1965 from Decatur High School and was a Supervisor for Emerson Electric. He served in the United States Army. Ellis lived in Monterrey, Mexico for many years, he enjoyed his motorcycle adventures, traveling and visiting many countries. Ellis was loved by his two daughters, his parents, eight brothers, five sisters, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 4:30 to 5:30 with services at 5:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Memorial contributions may be made to the D.A.V.
