Lenard Eugene Johnson

Lenard Eugene Johnson, 73, of Springdale, passed away at Circle of Life Hospice on May 17, 2018. He was born July 25, 1944 in Springdale, Arkansas to Thurman and Ruby Wofford Johnson. Lenard was a local farmer. He enjoyed riding horses, working with cattle, baling hay and working in his garden. He was a member and deacon at Astounding Grace Church. Lenard is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Brenda Johnson and his brother, Lloyd Johnson. Survivors include two sons; Mike Johnson and wife Kristie; and Andy Johnson and wife Tina both of Springdale; daughter Kaye Mayes and husband Rick also of Springdale; four grandchildren; Aron Johnson, Kaycee Holliday, Clay Johnson and Makayla Johnson; three great-grandchildren, Harley Johnson, Kalvin Holliday and Kasidee Holliday; one brother, Bobby Johnson of Springdale. Funeral services will be held at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. with Pastors Lester Harp and Bill Williams officiating.
