Danny Ray Proctor, age 70, of Fayetteville, Ark. passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born August 18, 1947 in Clinton, Okla. to Robert Samuel Proctor and Blanche (Harl) Proctor. He is survived by two daughters, Princess Proctor-Smith and Precious Proctor of Virginia, three sisters, Annie Evans, Nora Coes, and Peggy Townsend and one brother Bobby Proctor and two grandchildren Jakobi Johnson and Josiah Smith.
