Steve V. Roughton

Steve V. Roughton, 75, of Bentonville, passed away June 19, 2018 in Joplin, Mo. He was born Jan. 22, 1943 in Bentonville to John and Bertha Skidmore Roughton. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Austin and Bobby, three sisters Betty and Peggy Roughton and Patsy Holliday. He is survived by his children Samantha Hester of Bentonville, Steve Roughton Jr. of Powell, Shandra Freeston of Jane and Samuel Roughton of Rogers; two brothers Roy Roughton of Jane, Missouri and Ronald Roughton of Bella Vista, grandchildren Katie Reynolds, Kaleb Freeston, Chloe Freeston and Caden Freeston, and one great-grandchild. Memorial Services will be 2 p.m. Friday June 29, 2018 at Harbor of Praise, Bentonville, Ark. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home.
