Richard Thomas Erke

Richard Thomas Erke, age 19, of Fayetteville, died Wednesday, June 13, 2018. He was born March 22, 1999 in Fayetteville, the son of Richard Erke and Rachael Erke. Thomas is a soldier of love and stood up for all who needed him. He loved all his friends with a passion, his beloved Sophie with a flame. Music was his life. But most of all he loved his family. He is survived by his father, Richard Erke; his mother, Rachael Erke; two brothers, Bryan Dalton Erke and Aaron Tripp Erke; grandmothers, Candi Sue Russell and Barbara Phillips; grandfathers, Phillip Erke and Thomas Phillips and his beloved, Sophie Higginbotham. Private burial will be at Fairview Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Moore's Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday June 25, 2018 at Fellowship Bible Church in Fayetteville.
