William Wesley Chambers, age 72, passed away on May 31, 2018. He was born in Greeley, Colo., on March 28, 1946 to Morris Hankins and Margaret Berniece (Kuhrt) Chambers. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, he was a Vietnam Vet having served in the US Navy from 1966 to 1969. He was self-employed in a variety of businesses in the area. He worked at Rite-Temp Manufacturing for many years. His main world revolved around fishing, hunting, working out at the Rogers Activity Center and spending as much time as possible with his two grandchildren. He also volunteered with the Har-ber High Fishing club. Through these activities he made numerous friends and touched many lives in a positive way. He is survived by his son Mark and Waynette Chambers of Bentonville; daughter Denise Chambers of Mesa, Ariz.; brother Glenn and Gail Chambers of Williamsburg, Va.; grandchildren Max and Maddie Chambers. He is preceded in death by both parents. Memorial service will be held Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 10 A.M in the Rollins Funeral Chapel.
