Shirley Jean Jurgensen

Shirley Jean Jurgensen passed away June 28, 2018. She was born to Henry and Lillian Van Osten in Kensett, Iowa, on Sept. 6, 1936. She graduated from Mason City High School in Mason City, Iowa. She attended NIAC in Mason City and earned her teaching certificate. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Jerald, her parents, a brother, Berdell Busick and a sister, Sharon Van Osten. She is survived by two sons, Scott and Steven, two grandchildren, Ryan and Alisa and two sisters, Sylvia (Fred) Hardwick of Bella Vista, Ark., and Julie (Dennis) Templeton of Mason City, Iowa.
