Francis "Frank" Eugene Kellogg

Francis "Frank" Eugene Kellogg, 78, of Rogers Ark., departed life on Jan. 17th, 2018. Frank was born in Madison, N.Y. to the late Roy and Lena Kellogg. He is survived by his wife, Rose, stepson David, stepdaughters, Dorothy, Barbara, Cindy and several children and great-grandchildren.
