Ruby Inez Carr

Ruby Inez Patton Carr, 91, of Huntsville, joined her loved ones in Heaven on January 12, 2018, at the Countryside Assisted Living Facility in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was born on January 25, 1926, in Hale County Texas, to Elmer and Carrie Patton. Angels are the bright lights in the midst of our lives, and Ruby was an angel and a shining light to so many people. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, George Carr, of Huntsville; and her son and daughter-in-law, Don Carr and Sylvia of Bella Vista, Arkansas. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy Smith and Scott of Rogers; and Jan Northcross and Fred of Huntsville; one son and daughter-in-law; George Carr and Chris of Springdale; seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many loving relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, January 19, at the Huntsville Cemetery.
