Billee Marlene King

Billee Marlene King, 83, of Springdale, died Thursday, February 22, 2018. She was born February 26, 1934 in Independence, Missouri to Theodore and Coila (Tienken) Smith. Billee lived in the Kansas City area for many years before moving to northwest Arkansas. She enjoyed gardening. She is survived by two children, Rick Phillips of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Vicki Pearce of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; one brother, Chuck Smith of Indiana; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Joe Phillips, and her husband, Claude King. A private family graveside service will be at Kingston Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are with Heritage Funeral Home.
