Charles Stanley Filbeck

Charles Stanley Filbeck Sr. Retired SMSGT, age 84, passed away on August 22, 2018 in Rogers, Ark. He was born May 4, 1934 in Bentonville, Ark., to Issac and Mary Edith (Askren) Filbeck. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years and was a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion. He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, four sisters and 1 stepson. He is survived by his wife Faye Filbeck; sons, Charles Filbeck Jr. of Siloam Springs, Ark., Tim and Lisa Filbeck of Siloam Springs; daughters Charlean Wilson of Gravette, Ark., La Vaughn and Sam Gore of Forsyth, Ga., Kathy and Joe White of Washburn, Mo.; stepsons, Michael and Michelle Hill of Arlington, Texas, Randall and Susan Hill of Rogers, Ark.; stepdaughter, Sandra and Jimmy Cornett of Huntsville, Ark.; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and nine step-great-grandchildren. Visitation 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, August 27, 2018 at Rollins Funeral Chapel in Rogers, Ark. Funeral service will be held on August 27, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Rollins Funeral Chapel in Rogers, Ark. with burial to follow at 12 noon in Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark.
