Randall Blaine Carter

Randall "Pete" Carter, 45, of Marble, Arkansas died January 19, 2017 at his home. He was born May 31, 1971 at Huntsville, Arkansas the son of Joe Blaine and JoAnn Randall Carter. He was a graduate of Conner State College and a farmer. He enjoyed team roping and being around his cowboy friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Carter, his paternal grandparents, Vernon and Sybil Carter and his maternal grandparents, Grover and Cleo Randall. Survivors include, his father, Joe Carter of Marble, Arkansas; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Patsy and Davey Rhyne of Harrison, Arkansas and Cheryl and Shawn Smith of Marble, Arkansas and several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 23 in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Reverend Alvin Reynolds officiating. Interment will be in the Lower Campground Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net at Huntsville. Pallbearers will be Kevin Logan, Short Williams, Jamie House, Kevin Meeks, Roger King and Martin Sims. Honorary pallbearers will be: Carl Holt, Davey Rhyne, Shawn Smith, Blaine Hayes, Blake Hayes, Cooper Smith, Tyler Smith, Jeff Carter, Mike Carter, Steve Carter, James Carter, Kent Carter, Robert Carter, Donnie Key, Rickey Fox, Dusty Gibbons, Justin Foster, Chad Foster and all roping partners. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the family present.
