Beulah Mae Gaugh, 84, of Van Buren, passed away Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, in Fort Smith. She was born on Aug. 24, 1932 in Malone, Texas, to William and Floy Perry. She was a greeter for Wal-Mart in Van Buren and a member of Rye Hill Baptist Church in Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband Everett Gaugh. Funeral service will be Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017, at Rye Hill Baptist Church, 11512 Old Highway 71, in Fort Smith with burial to follow at Enterprise Cemetery in Enterprise, Okla., under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith. She is survived by two daughters Charlyn Jarrells of Nashville, Tenn., and Darlene Hill and her husband Don of Van Buren, one sister Vera Bell of Woodward, Okla., two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and Ruth Hayes, her longtime caregiver. Pallbearers will be Chris Hill, Jonathan Byers, Bruce Brannock and Curtis Perry. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
