Connie Louise Sharp

Connie Louise Sharp, 77, of Springdale passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born December 30, 1939 in the Spring Creek Community to Eugene and Jewell Gobble Smith. Connie was a retired banker but her family was her life. From piano lessons, band concerts and ball games she loved being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren and family. She was preceded in death by her parents and one step-grandson, Devin Marrs. Survivors include her husband James "Doss" Sharp of the home; one daughter, Lisa Blount and husband Jim of Springdale; one step son, Randy Sharp and wife Karen of Springdale; one stepdaughter, Beckie Thompson and husband Troy of Springdale; two grandchildren, Josh and Alex Blount; four step-grandchildren, Nathan Sharp, Ashley Millis-Ardemagni, Justin Marrs, Riley Marrs and many great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Lakeview Baptist Church in Cave Springs with Pastor Johnny Harp officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8pm at Lakeview Baptist Church in Cave Springs. Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
