Oscar Valdez, 96, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died December 16, 2017. He was born on August 11, 1921 in Port Neches, Texas to Bernardino Valdez and Margarita Valdez. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, December 20th at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel.
