Zachary Willem Stone

Zachary Willem Stone, 23, of Fayetteville, Ark. passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Barnes hospital in St. Louis after a heroic battle with myeloid leukemia. He was born on October 26, 1993 in San Diego, Calif., the son of Dean H. Stone and Anna Sullivan Stone, both of Fayetteville. Zachary worked at JB Hunt as a Diesel mechanic. He was a graduate of Fayetteville High School and Northwest Technical Institute. He is survived by one child, Allison Ann Stone, and wife Madison Miller Stone of Fayetteville, brother, Spencer Lee Stone of Fayetteville, maternal grandmother, Anoland Sullivan of Springdale, paternal grandmother, Tonia Stone of San Diego, and a host of family and friends in Arkansas and California. Zachary was an outstanding father, husband, son, brother and human being. He never met someone he didn't want to hug. He loved his dogs, Whiskey and Cleo. He will be greatly missed by all. Zachary was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert E. Sullivan of Springdale and his paternal grandfather, Lee R. Stone of San Diego. A Gathering of Friends and Celebration of Zachary's life will be held at the Dean Stone Residence, Saturday August 19th, 2017 from 3-7 p.m. The address is 3347 N.
