Alden Richard "Dick" Hanson

Alden Richard "Dick" Hanson, 82, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away on September 17, 2016. Preceded in death by sister, Millie, step-daughter, Karen and wife Trudy. Survived by sister, Arlene and stepchildren, Chris and Jenny. He graduated Johnson High School, St. Paul, Minn. in 1952. Received Bachelor of Science, University of Minnesota in 1959 and Master of Science in Education from Wisconsin State University in 1971. Dick was an army medic, high school math and science teacher, golf coach and counselor. He was an excellent bass voice in the Bella Vista Men's Chorus. Dick was also a talented guitar and piano player. Services will be at Bella Vista Community Church, Friday, September 23, 2016 at 10 a.m. On-line condolences may be made at www.funeralmation.com.
