Cole Robert Pangburn, 20, of Little Rock/Maumelle went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 due to injuries sustained in a scooter accident. He was born in Arlington, Texas on October 3, 1995 to Tom Pangburn of Maumelle, Arkansas and Lynn Pangburn of Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a student at the University of Arkansas in the College of Business, Rush Chair of the Sigma Nu Fraternity, and employee at The Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville. Cole was a 2014 graduate of Pulaski Academy, where he was an All-State golfer and Bruin Student Section Leader. He was also an active member of New Life Church. Cole loved life, had an abundance of friends, was quick witted, and had a contagious persistent optimism. He is survived by his loving parents; along many cousins, aunts, an uncle and grandmother. Cole was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bob Carlson of Dallas, Texas and James E. Pangburn of North Palm Beach, Florida and his grandmother, Janet G. Pangburn. A celebration of his very full life will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at New Life Church, 8000 Crystal Hill Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118. Visitation is 10 a.m. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for "Pang" Helmet Safety Program.
