Vernal Ray Mills, 86, of Agnos, Ark. died September 2, 2016 at Highlands Heath Care in Bella Vista. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty; son Russell Mills; sisters, Lee Emma and Kathleen Brazelton; mother and step-father Annie and Clem Brazelton. Survivors include children Monieca West (Phil) of North Little Rock; Johnny Mills of Pea Ridge; Rebecca Ramey (Joe) of Hartville Mo.; Kathleen Hardy (Tom) of Morrisville, Mo.; David Mills (Tiffany) of Hiwasse; daughter-in-law Cheryl Mills Ullrich (Clarence) of Coweta, Okla.; grandchildren Whitney Horton, Melissa Chandler, Jack Ramey, Cindy Napier, Kimberly Gracie, Andrew Nichols, Joshua Nichols, McKinna Wallis, Lynette Tracy, Jeannie Mills, Kristina Mills, Jennifer Mills, Jacob Mills, Riley Mills; and 29 great-grandchildren.
