Judith Kathaleen Phelps

Judith Kathaleen Phelps 66, of Rogers passed away November 25, 2016 in Rogers. She was born January 5, 1950 in Independence, Iowa the daughter of Henry and Vivian Hester Lange. Judith was a bookkeeper and a member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Darrell Phelps of the home; three children William Phelps of Rogers, Michelle McCarty and husband Shawn of Rogers and Denise Baker and husband Tim of Jane, Missouri; one sister Emily Phelps and husband David of Anamosa, Iowa; one brother, Neil Lange of Omaha, Nebraska; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
