Betty Mae Nichols Miller

Betty Mae Nichols Miller, 79, of Rogers passed away March 18, 2016, at Bradford House in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born January 27, 1937, in Kansas City, Missouri to Arta Eugene and Alta Coralee Tennis Nichols. In 1955, Betty graduated from Ottawa High School in Ottawa, Kansas. She was a member of the Ottawa First United Methodist Church. Betty was a bookkeeper for the Corp of Engineers and McArdle Refrigeration in Ottawa, Kansas. In 1983, Betty and her family moved to Rogers, Arkansas where she worked for the Phillips Food Company in the payroll department. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank Miller, brother, Wesley Nichols, and brother, Lloyd Nichols. She is survived by her children: Alan McArdle of Grove, Oklahoma, Russell Montague of Lawrence, Kansas, Dan & spouse Roxane McArdle of Ottawa, Kansas, Christina McArdle & spouse Everett Gurwell of Rogers, Arkansas, Michelle & spouse Rick Morrison of Garfield, Arkansas, and Bill & spouse Angie McArdle of Fayetteville, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th Street, Rogers, Arkansas.
