Elsie Burrell, 76 of Fleming Creek, AR died Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in Fayetteville. She was born April 21, 1939 in El Paso, AR the daughter of Alvin Ramsey and Irene Ridings Ramsey. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers and a 2 sisters. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Charles "Chuck" Burrell of the home; sons, Bobby and his wife, Becky Burrell of Siloam Springs, Ark., Charles A. Burrell of Siloam Springs, Ark.; brothers, Ray Ramsey and wife, Patsy of Griffithville, Ark., Nelson Ramsey and wife Brenda of Noble, Okla., George Ramsey of Norman, Okla., Morris Ramsey and wife, Margaret of Mission, Texas, Bobby Ramsey and wife, Georgia of Ada, Okla., Bill Ramsey of Noble, Okla.; sisters, Ann Perkins and husband, Cookie of Harrah, Okla., Barbara Morrison and husband, of Holdenville, Okla.; two granddaughters, Stephanie Lindeman and husband, Colton of Costa Rica, Erin Shawver and husband, Chase of Gentry, Ark. Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2016, at the Chapel of Nelson Berna Funeral Home. Entombment will be at the National Cemetery at a later date.
