Penny Jo Morgan, 60, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away on March 4, 2016 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville surrounded by family and friends. She was born on December 22, 1955 in Springdale, Arkansas to Elias Noble and Maxine Champlin Jr. She is preceded in death by her in-laws, Hoot and Phyllis Morgan. She is survived by her husband Gary, of Fayetteville; daughter, Jessica and her husband Larry Blasingame of Alma, Arkansas; and her parents, Lloyd and Maxine Carney of Fayetteville. Penny graduated from Farmington High School in 1974, Northwest Vocational Technical School in 1977 with her LPN of Nursing, and an EMT with CPR Instructor in 1990. She was a school nurse with Fayetteville Public Schools for 23 years retiring in 2012. She also was a volunteer with the Wedington Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of Beta Sigma Phi, Preceptor Beta Lambda Chapter. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 9th, 5-7 p.m. at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 10th, at Sequoyah United Methodist Church in Fayetteville under the direction of Rev. Sara Pair and Moore's Chapel. Interment will be at Mt. Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Moore's Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to: Wedington Volunteer Fire Department 13496 W.
