Ruby V. Marker Stracener, 94, of Monte Ne, Ark. died February 27, 2016 at her home surrounded by family. She was born February 13, 1922 in Healdton, Okla. to Luther and Lillie Mae Marker. Survivors include her sons; Vince and Waylon Stracener, granddaughters; Sara, Holly, and Melanie; great-Granddaughter; Emily.
