Billie Sue Tune

Billie Sue Tune, 91 of Fayetteville, Ark. passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 in Fayetteville. She was born November 15, 1924 in Russellville, Ark. to Carl and Flora (Burris) Tucker. Mrs. Tune was retired from Palace Drug Store after 21 years of service, and was a member of Trinity Fellowship. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 54 years, Jess Tune. Mr. Tune passed away in July 1995. She is survived by one daughter, Deborah Christenson and husband Gary of Ballwin, Mo., one granddaughter, Tiffany Gemmell and her husband Jay and daughter, Claire Gemmell of St. Louis, Mo. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, March 4th in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Private burial services will be held at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. Mrs. Tune's family would like to thank Faith In Action and it's volunteers for their many years of assistance to her.
