Bobby Dale Brown, 67, a resident of Austin, Arkansas passed away February 15, 2016 at the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born February 27, 1948 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the son of Oval Fine Brown and Mary L. Brown. Bobby served four years active duty in the US Marine Corp. He was an E4 /Corporal while serving in Vietnam during 1967-1968. He served his country willingly and was awarded the Purple Heart, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry and the good conduct medal. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Jack Brown of Yakima, Washington and Bill Brown of Phoenix, Arizona and a sister, Lodean Scott of Washington. Survivors include his wife Karen Brown of the home, daughters, Angie Snyder and her husband Dwayne of Little Rock, Crystal Julian of Little Rock, Ericka Mour and her husband Todd of Baltimore, Md.; and Rebecca Wiles and her husband, Larry of Pasadena, Md.; seven grandchildren and sisters Debbie Abbott and husband Randy of Lowell, Ark., Judy Allbritton and her husband Buddy of Fayetteville, Ark., several nieces and nephews. Funeral service directed by Thomas Funeral Home in Cabot, Ark. Military Service and Interment to be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark., at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016.
