Greig Roberts, 62, of Fayetteville, Ark. passed away Monday, September 14, 2015. He was born April 2, 1953 in Mena, Ark. to Theron and Mary Ellen Roberts. Dr. Roberts taught thousands of students biology at the University of Arkansas, where he was bestowed the Teacher of The Year Award and was the inaugural speaker for The Mortar Board's Last Lecture series. He held a BS and Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas. Furthermore, he obtained a Doctorate of Dentistry from the University of Tennessee. Greig was a Fellow of Dentistry from Baylor University, as well as, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Greig was an award winning musician, performing most notably as Mo Brothers and leader of The Decoys. A member of Berachah Church in Huston, Texas, he is survived by his wife Vivian, daughter Oakleigh, the Philpot family, and a myriad of friends and family. Greig's heavenly homegoing celebration will be held the night of Friday, September 18th at the Fayetteville Town Center from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Greig requested that attendees wear bright colors to reflect this glorious gathering.
