Brenda Gayle Lewis, age 61, of Springdale, Ark., passed away in her home in the early morning hours of Monday, Dec. 29, 2014. She was born Sept. 13, 1953, in Rogers, Ark., and is preceded in death by both parents, Fred Smith and Doris Perry; her brother, Fred (Glen) Smith Jr.; and nephew, Charles Joyce. Survived by her husband, Rick Lewis; and his sons, Shawn Lewis and Robert Lewis; her two daughters, Terra Bost and Holly McClendon; siblings, Hoyt Perry, Kelley Williams, Brad Smith, Craig Smith and Kyle Smith; five grandchildren, Christopher Bost, Daniel Bost, Juliana McClendon, Hayden Lewis and Hannah Lewis; niece, Sarah Joyce Clark; nephew, Samuel Joyce; step-father, Robert Perry; and step-sister, Stephanie Perry.
