Toby Glenn Peel

Toby Glenn Peel, 79, of Rogers, Arkansas died Saturday, November 28, 2015 in Bentonville, Ark. He was born June 6, 1936 in Donna, Texas to Walter Monroe and Ozella Wilhite Peel. He was a builder and owned a stucco company and was a partner in Rainbow Properties. He built several of the local strip centers in the Northwest Arkansas area. He loved working, but always found time to be with his family and grandchildren. Toby is survived by his wife of 59 years, Erma Bowden Peel; one daughter, Gina Peel; two grandsons, Dennis Michael Wishon and wife, Michaela and Tony Ray Wishon; and one sister, Lois Pullam. Visitation will be from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Graveside service will follow at 2 p.m., at the Rogers City Cemetery with Pastor Bob Cemer officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
